Registration Procedures & Policies :

All applications for the summer camp should be submitted online. The date on which you complete your registration online, including authorization for full payment of the amount due, will be considered your date of registration.

Payment method :

There are two online payment methods:

  1. E-check (ACH) with no additional processing fees.
  2. Pay by credit card with a processing fee of 2% of the total due amount that will be charged to the member.

Admissions Procedures :

Register early to improve your child’s prospects for admissions. We may not be able to accommodate all applicants as our capacity is limited. We only admit full-time (two week) participants. Chinmaya Mission reserves the right to accept or reject admission requests based on certain established internal criteria. Some admission criteria give preference to the children of Bala Vihar teachers, Sevaks with major responsibilities, members in good standing, major donors, age, date of online registration, etc. No further appeals will be entertained on admission decisions. Admission decisions will be finalized and communicated via email.

Cancellation Policy / Refund Process :

  • Chinmaya Frederick (Frederick, MD) Summer Camp:
  1. $50.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged.
  2. No refund will be processed once Summer Camp is started

Camper Health Information :

The Health, Allergy, Insurance and Doctor Information must be provided for or each child enrolled at the Summer Camp. A current and completed health form must also be uploaded for each child. While uploading the form is not mandatory during the registration process, the registration will be placed in pending status until this document is submitted.

All known allergies should be disclosed and the necessary medications provided to the camp coordinator. Parents must indemnify CMWRC from all liabilities resulting from non disclosure of medical condition and allergies of the child and/or not providing the necessary medication to the camp coordinator. The online registration process requires parents to confirm all the above details. Waiver Policy form will be made available at the time of registration.

Age Proof :

Parents have to make sure that they have listed the birth date of the child accurately during the application process.
