Annual Fund Raiser(AFR): Celebrating Swami Dheerananda’s 60th Birthday
This November, all Chinmaya families in the MD-DC-VA area are joining to celebrate the 60th birthday of our beloved Swami Dheerananda. Our annual fundraiser event during which this celebration will take place is on November 19th at Olney MD. Everyone has an opportunity to express their love and gratitude to Swamiji who has poured his all for the last 30+ years in service to our mission center.
| Event Outline: -Families arrive and seating begins -Invocation by Children -Welcome address by Anil Kishore, President, CMWRC Presentations by -CMWRC Chapters – adults and children -CHYKS – young adults Study Groups and much more -Financial presentation by the Treasurers, CMWRC Swami Dheerananda’s message Dinner Depart with Joy and Smile after dinner Special Souvenir – A special edition of Chinmaya Smrithi will be published and printed for this occasion. Please send your expressions of gratitude, inspiration, and love to Swamiji. The souvenir will include your reflections, artwork, photos, or any memories/anecdotes if you send them by October 25.
