Adult YOGA classes are conducted on Saturdays and Sundays in person, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on the respective days, as well as a hybrid option with online classes on Sundays at 7:00 am and in-person on Saturdays from 12:00 to 1:00 pm on an as needed basis.

Mindful practice of YOGA Asanas, Breathing Exercises and YOGA Nidra
Yoga is a preparatory set of activities to bring the body and mind into alignment while developing strength and flexibility necessary to sit for meditation. Regular practice of yoga helps to develop discipline and self control required for Jnana Yoga.
Classes will teach all levels from beginning to advanced and will include instruction on asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, kriyas, and meditation as well as philosophy on living a balanced, yogic lifestyle. Students should wear comfortable, modest clothing and bring yoga mat to class. Avoid eating 3 hours prior. Open to Chinmayam members and non-members ages 16 and up.
Adult Yoga (Members) – $200.00 for first family member, $100.00 for additional family member
Adult Yoga (Non-Members) – $500.00 for first family non-member, $400.00 for additional non-member
