The mission of Chinmaya Somnath Youth Leadership Program is to develop our kids as next-generation leaders.
The vision of this program is to create a generation of leaders with character, strength, commitment, and passion to be role models who inspire others to achieve greater heights!
This program is for children from 8th grade to 12th grade.
NOTE: YLP is an in-person program that meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM.
What are our goals?
Mentor children to foster positive thinking and sense of perseverance
Provide opportunities for children to increase confidence
Develop effective communication and leadership skills
Children have the ability to organize themselves and respectfully able to resolve conflicts
Learn to work together to develop a plan and execute it
Plan and organize serivce projects
There is a club fee of $200 for Bala Vihar Children and $500 for Non Bala Vihar children.
