Multipurpose Hall (includes Dining)$2,200.00 for first four (4) hours, $275 per additional hour.
Dining Hall Only – $1,100.00 for first four (4) hours, $145 per additional hour.

Rental Includes:

  • Occupancy of up to 250 guests.  Please see notes for larger group occupancy events.
  • Use of audio system and projection system with on-site technician (For multi-purpose hall and rentals only)
  • Use of Green Rooms (For multi-purpose hall rental option only)
  • Banquet style seating for up to 210 people at a time in Dining hall.
  • Onsite custodian
Optional Add Ons: (Choose one)
Decoration – minimum 2 hours$160.00 per hour
Decoration access and Rehearsal (For Arrangetrams only) with Audio Technician – minimum 2 hours$225.00 per hour
AV support for Rehearsal – minimum 2 hours$ 65.00 per hour


  • A $50 per hour custodian surcharge will apply for events greater than 250 people attendance. Max occupancy is 425 people for multi-purpose hall.
  • Live ensemble events (such as concerts, etc.) and/or custom lighting needs may require additional technician for an additional charge of $50 per hour.
  • Kitchen use is available for approved catering vendors at additional charge.
  • Events occurring/extending after 11 PM, and before 6 AM will have additional charge.
  • Valid 503(c)(3) Non-Profit organizations are eligible for 10% discount.
